We Have a Date!

Mark your calendars! Our 35th Class Reunion will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2012. Sara Urband-Murphy has gratiously offered us the use of her art studio as the venue for the event. Sad news...

Our classmate, Kenneth R. Wiese, of Bay City, has passed away. He fought the good fight and lost his battle with lung cancer on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 in Brian's House. Funeral services will be Friday, July 16, 2010 at 11 a.m. in Westminster Presbyterian Church. Visitation is Thursday, July 15th from 2-8 p.m. at the WA Trahan Funeral Chapel. Sad news...

Sadly, friends, I'm writing to share the news that our classmate, Alice Pollick Chambers, has lost her courageous two-year battle with cancer. Alice passed away at her home on Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Please keep Alice's family in your thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Our Angel in Heaven...

Dear Friends,
It's with a very heavy heart that I am sharing the sad news that our dear friend and classmate, Jenee Vayre Herbolsheimer-MacKenzie, has lost her battle with cancer. Jenee passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 16th, at Brian's House in Bay City. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on January 16, 2010, 11 a.m., at Zion Lutheran Church, Bay City. Please keep the Vayre Family and Bob MacKenzie and Family in your thoughts and prayers.

Sad News

I am very sad to report that our classmate, Mark Rytlewski, passed away on March 22, 2009. A graveside service for Mark will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2009, at St. Stanislaus Cemetary. Please keep Mark's family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

I Love a Parade!

Since I was a little girl, I have always loved watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. This past year, my wish to see it live came true. My husband, John, and I traveled to New York City to spend Thanksgiving with our daughters, Brooke and Jenna. The girls live in Manhattan and planned a wonderful holiday weekend for us. From the parade, to visiting the offices where they work, to sharing a fabulous meal together, just the four of us at the Little Owl Restaurant in the West Village, our Thanksgiving Day was unforgettable!

It's the BIG 5-0!

Hi - I just wanted to wish all a Happy 50th this year! And for those who have already celebrated - Happy Belated! My husband Pat and I are meeting Tim and his wife in Raleigh and the four of us will travel to Charleston to celebrate our 50th together. We're looking forward to it, as I only see Tim once or twice a year. So again, I wish you all a wonderful birthday year!
