I Love a Parade!
Since I was a little girl, I have always loved watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. This past year, my wish to see it live came true. My husband, John, and I traveled to New York City to spend Thanksgiving with our daughters, Brooke and Jenna. The girls live in Manhattan and planned a wonderful holiday weekend for us. From the parade, to visiting the offices where they work, to sharing a fabulous meal together, just the four of us at the Little Owl Restaurant in the West Village, our Thanksgiving Day was unforgettable!

It's the BIG 5-0!
Hi - I just wanted to wish all a Happy 50th this year! And for those who have already celebrated - Happy Belated! My husband Pat and I are meeting Tim and his wife in Raleigh and the four of us will travel to Charleston to celebrate our 50th together. We're looking forward to it, as I only see Tim once or twice a year. So again, I wish you all a wonderful birthday year!

Thank you, Sue!
It was great to hear from our classmate, Sue Gardziola Reinhardt, today. Here is what's happening in Sue's life:
I have missed each reunion - living too far usually. My husband, Jim, and I live in Fairfax Station, VA with our daughters, Jennifer - 17 and Nicole - 14. Jenn will graduate this year and Nikki starts high school next year. Jim is retired from the Army and works at the FBI. I am taking a year off from teaching elementary school to help Jenn get organized to graduate. Also, Nikki is applying to several Catholic prep schools so that is a lot of work. I haven't been to Bay City in 2 years but plan to visit my sisters this summer (my parents are both gone now :(. It has been so many years and now one of my babies will graduate - time does fly. Take care!
Sincerely,
Sue Reinhardt

Happy New Year Class of 1977!
Sorry that it has been so long since the last post. It's hard to believe that it has been a year and a half since our 30th reunion!
Our hope in creating this blog, was to keep our classmates updated on happenings in our hometown and to provide current information on reunion plans. We had also hoped that it could be a way for us to hear what is happening in your life. A way to reconnect with old friends. We had such a wonderful time at the reunion. Let's not wait another three and a half years to catch up. My goal as coordinator for this year is to get this blog up and running and do what we intended it to do. Is anyone up for the challenge to help us? I hope so!
Here's how we can get this going. Send me an email with a message that you would like to post on the blog. It can be anything that you would like to share with us. Include a photo, too! It could be of yourself, your children, your grandchildren, a pet... or scan a fun photo from high school and send it along with a memory. Our class email address is: bccclassof1977@gmail.com. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
May 2009 bring you good health, wealth, peace, love, and happiness!
